Class Walkthrough

There are no expectations. Just give it your best go.

All martial art classes:

Warm-up:

5 minutes of skipping (3 minutes for beginner classes)

5 minutes of stretching

10 minutes of varying low intensity exercises

Demonstrations

Beginner classes:

Learn the fighting stance

Learn the fundamental strikes

Learn basic dodging and blocking

Standard classes:

Practice and memorise Brett’s combos

Practice proper striking and footing coordination

Pad work

Practice combos with a partner (Friend or other participant)

Classes and skills practiced vary depending on the progress of the group.
